Stephan Reinhardt, The Wine Advocate - 97pts
"The 2023 Riesling Grand Cru Rangen Clos Saint-Théobald is deep, refined and perfectly ripe on the complex, smoky and saline nose that shows the great and rocky terroir of the Rangen. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, rich and quite tannic yet also savory Riesling with round and lush but elegant fruit that is carried by saline and even filigreed, highly stimulating acidity. The finish is long and intense, well structured and persistently saline. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in Colmar, November 2024. Drink 2029-2070."
